Our laptop repair process is very straight forward. Our technicians successfully repair the laptops sent to us in over 98% of cases and your laptop will typically be returned to you in 4-10 days. We have over ten years experience in laptop repair and it shows in the quality of our work.

How Laptop Screen Repair Works

  1. Call us on 02071 933 919. Make sure to tell us the type of laptop you have and how the screen has been broken. This will help us determine what the fault is faster.
  2. Complete the order form and pick a date and time for us to arrange for your laptop to be collected. There is a £25 analysis fee which we have to charge to check your laptop.We do not make a profit from this, it is only to cover the cost of having your laptop collected and returned to you. If you are based in East Kent and can drop your laptop off with us we do not charge this fee as there is no postage cost.
  3. Package your laptop up for transport. If you still have the box your laptop came in this will be ideal for packaging. If you no longer have your laptop box then another similar box, bubble wrap or your laptop bag (if it has sufficient padding) will do.
  4. A parcel force courier will come to your home or office at the time you have chosen to collect your laptop. Make sure to be in at the time you have specified.
  5. Your laptop will shortly arrive at our laptop screen repair centre and our technicians can get to work.
  6. Once the fault has been determined and a solution is found we will contact you by phone or email, whichever you prefer, to give you a quote. If you are happy with the quote and would like go ahead with repairs we will send you an invoice by email which you can pay online by paypal or credit card.
  7. Once you have paid the invoice we will immediately begin repairs on your laptop screen. You can typically expect your laptop to be returned to you within 4-10 working days. Unfortunately we cannot be more precise with our repair time estimates as the ammount of work involved can vary greatly depending on the type of laptop and the type of fault.
  8. If you decide not to go ahead with repairs we will return your laptop to you immediately by Parcel Force 48 hour delivery.Their is no additional charge if you cdecide not to use our service.
