1) Is my laptop safe in the post?

Yes. We use parcel force force door to door couriers and insure your laptop for it total value. We have never lost a customers in the post but if one day we do then the insurance will allow you to buy a new laptop for the same price as you paid for your original laptop.

2) How long will it take for my laptop to be repaired?

Our service typically takes 4-10 days for your laptop ro be returned to you. Our most common repairs take 4-6 days but repairs can take longer if there is a complicated fault or if parts are difficult to source.

3) How much will it cost for my laptop to be repaired?

Initially is costs £25 for our technicians to take a look at your laptop screen. We do not make a profit from this fee, it is to cover the cost of having your laptop collected and returned to you. Once our technicians have determined the fault with your laptop we will send you a quote to have the repairs completed. This is typically between £100 and £400 depending on the type of screen and the type of fault. If your laptop cost you between £400 and £800 then you can expect your quote to be closer to £100. The price can go up to £400 if the parts are themselves of higher value. Large screens or very high quality screens tend to cost more to replace.

4) What if I'm not happy with the quote I receive?

You are under no obligation to accept the quote you receive. If after receiving your quote you do not wish to go ahead then we will return your laptop to you at no extra cost. 

4) What if I find a cheaper quote for my repairs elsewhere?

If you find a cheaper quote to repair your laptop screen from another company then send us the details and if we can confirm it we will offer you a new quote 10% lower!

5) What if my laptop can't be repaired?

We are able to repair our customers laptop screens in over 98% of cases. In the few cases where we are unable to repair the screen we offer a data recovery service. This is where we backup all of data onto another hard drive. This allows you to recover all of your important and irreplacable files such as family photos or school/college coursework for you to copy onto your new computer.

6) How long have you been repairing laptops?

We have been repairing laptop screens for nearly ten years. We've lost count of the number of laptops we have successfully repaired. It is this long experience that gives us our very high success rate.
